Project Phantom 1.0 Phantom Vs Coalition and Dominion Skirmish

Project Phantom 1.0 is a Total Conversion Game Mod For Command and Conquer Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge

This mod has three factions to choose from, each one completely unique in terms of units and aesthetics.

The factions in question are the Western Coalition which is a flexible and versatile post-NATO army and is overall well rounded, the Eurasian Dominion which specializes units that are slow but have heavy fire power and mind control abilities, and finally the "Phantom" faction a mysterious paramilitary group that specializes in extremely hi-tech hit-and-run units that are both highly mobile and fast at the cost of being very expensive to build and lacking in the 'armor' department.

Currently this mod has no campaigns yet but every faction is extremely fun to play in skirmish mode.
