In order to give his coolness-factor a serious boost (because he’s having trouble with his usual girl-catching techniques), Martin decides to do what all teenage boys do at one time or another -- start a rock band! Enlisting Billy and Java to be his bandmates, Martin buys himself a vintage guitar to help him in his efforts. However, when Martin and the boys play their first gig, strange things begin to happen. Despite Martin’s complete ineptness at guitar-playing, he soon finds himself the target of a flock of rabid girls. It seems that his guitar has cast a love spell on Torrington’s entire female population (except Diana)! Will Martin have the strength to do the right thing when his wildest dreams finally come true? Or will he swear off girls forever? In a b-story, Diana starts a “Torrington low-tea society” so that she can be more sophisticated.
