I hate that it’s true

This song wasn't even supposed to make the album but the day I wrote it i sent an email begging everyone to add it last minute!! Everyone rushed to put it on and we didn't even have enough time to send it off to be mixed (so we got the godlike producer Antony Egizii to do a quick mix which sounded insane as it turns out luckily he's a great mixer too) and just put it on the album. I love the lyrics in the chorus I thought we really captured the feeling of being heartbroken but at the same time BEING glad that it was HER because it was all worth it. The chorus lyrics are so cool and it's hard to write that stuff we got lucky there when the words came down. The song was also written in 15 minutes from start to finish. I'll try to post the voice memo of the rough idea i had the night before at some point. And to see this song being the one that connects the most is just so cool anyway ty for listening
