2025-05-29 -- Counting of Ballots - Step 2

A hand count simulation was conducted in Campbell County, Wyoming, for Precinct 01-23 simulating the 2024 Primary and General Elections. This simulation was to use a hand count method (USCase) to count what was an actual precinct ballot count for a larger-sized Wyoming precinct. Specific data was recorded to accurately assess the time a hand count takes to provide information for future actual hand counts should they be adopted or used.
