Have you ever injured yourself while playing guitar? Or have you gotten hurt and it effected your ability to play or practice guitar? I have and it's not fun. In fact it's downright depressing! When I strained my rotator cuff, I was presented with the very real possibility of having to stop playing for a period of time. Guitar is my life and I did not want to do that.
In this "Little Lesson" I'll detail for you the experience I had and what I've been able to do to mitigate a reoccurring injury. This experience has changed quite a lot about my approach to playing and being a musician.
