I discovered a "cure for everything but death"

I discovered blackseed oil removed dead parasites from the body after going to an Islamic store and seeing that it was the only oil/ treatment/ medicine they sold.
Realising Muslims are naturally avoiding and eradicating parasites via
Fasting
Avoiding pork and
Parasite infected animals
And
Eating parasite killing foods eg garlic ginger clove.
Because im superwxcited about how parasites secretly infiltrate and both affect and effect us I bought some as Google tells me it's an antioxidant that removes dead parasites
When I asked in a very big shop if they had any the guy replied

And
