TTonya-42- Received a Housing Voucher from Rapid Rehousing after being homeless for over 9 years

Meet Tonya she is 42 and has been homeless in AZ for over 9 years. She just received a housing voucher from Rapid Rehousing and now has an apartment after working with them for over 6 months. She says Drugs is what led her to the streets in the first place which she has been clean off pills in April due to the help of methadone. She says I wouldn't wish a withdraw on my worst enemy.
