How I Quit My 9-5 Job and Bought a 2.5K PC.

A few months ago, I was offered what I thought was a dream opportunity. Editing for a marketing agency called TDM. I went through the interview, showed them my portfolio, met the team, and smashed a couple of test edits. Got the call from the videographer:

"We want to offer you the role."

So I handed in my notice. I was ready. I had savings, a plan, and the hunger to go full-time freelance.

But then…radio silence. Four weeks. No contract. No start date. No "Yeah sorry you sucked, we picked the other guy." Just nothing.

Most people would panic. But truth is I was exactly where I wanted to be. I didn’t need the job to validate me. I used it as fuel.

In this video, I walk you through how I actually quit my job, bought a £2.5K PC, and started building the version of me I used to daydream about on lunch breaks.

This was heavy to make I won't lie, but it was really nice to see and hear how far I'd come. In anything it made me more motivated to do better right now.
