Weight fluctuations on a daily basis are COMPLETELY NORMAL. Take your weight daily with an empty stomach and compare the weekly averages instead of the daily numbers to get a more accurate idea of whether your bodyweight is increasing or decreasing. Shoot for about a pound i.e. half a Kg of increase or drop in bodyweight per week depending on your goals (at MAX, anything more than that is pushing the boundaries of drastic weight gain/ loss which can cause a fvck load of health problems 🫠)
