During former President Barack Hussein Obama's final speech to America's military forces in December of 2016, he effectively repudiated then-President-elect Donald Trump.
While Obama admittedly never mentioned Trump by name, he took several shots at the president-elect, contrasting his own vision of America with that of the future president.
