Life can be very stressful; there are many things we face that can cause anxiety. The Apostle Paul calls us not to be anxious about anything, but rather, to submit it to God and let his peace guard our hearts and our minds. In this study, we break down Philippians 4.4-7 looking at Paul’s words of encouragement in times of trouble.
