Romans & the Remnant: The Gospel of Power & the Wrath of God

The Book of Romans is a divine war manual for the church back in his day and the end time remnant. A holy indictment against sin, religion, self righteousness and a powerful revelation of God’s mercy and sovereign plan of redemption. Paul begins by exposing the rebellion of a world that has rejected the truth, showing how God hands over those who suppress His glory to impurity, perversion and a debased mind. But he does not stop at the obvious sinner. He turns the sword on the religious, the moralist and the law keepers tearing down every defense of outward holiness and revealing that all have sinned and fallem short of the glory of God. He establishes that justification is not earned through the law, effort or tradition. It is a gift received by faith in the blood of Jesus. This is the death of pride, the execution of boasting, and the unveiling of a righteousness not built by man but offered freely to the broken and repentant. Paul takes us through the glory of suffering, the power of reconciliation, the reign of grace over sin, and the call to die with Christ in order to truly live.

He then takes the remnant deeper, from death to the law to life in the Spirit. The believer must crucify the old man, be freed from condemnation, and walk not by flesh but by the Spirit of adoption. Paul reveals that creation groans for the revealing of the sons of God those who have overcome sin, embraced suffering and walk in resurrection power. He opens the mystery of Israel’s fall and future redemption, warning the Gentile church never to grow arrogant or forget that they stand only by mercy. Finally, Paul charges the church to present their bodies as living sacrifices, to be transformed by the renewing of the mind and to walk in supernatural love, humility, purity, and unity. Romans is not merely a theological masterpiece, it is a prophetic call to awaken, to cast off darkness, to put on Christ, and to be found faithful when He returns. It is the gospel of power, the sword of truth and the seal of the remnant in the last hour.
