🇷🇺 RUSSIA | 🇺🇦 UA: Vladimir Putin promises immediate ceasefire if Kiev gives up four regions and abandons NATO membership.

Vladimir Putin has set conditions for an immediate end to the fighting. He is demanding the complete withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from the entire Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhia regions and an official renunciation of NATO membership.

Once Kiev agrees to these steps, Russia will declare a ceasefire “literally the same minute.”
