Lally and Proctor saved from the stand

Lally and Proctor were both expected to testify in the Myles King hearing. Instead, the judge hit pause again. Despite months of delays from the state, Judge Krupp shifted the blame onto the defense and acted like the discovery issues weren’t already well-documented.

Last time, it looked like Lally might finally have to answer some questions. This time, the judge seemed more interested in protecting the process than getting to the truth. No testimony. No accountability. Just more stalling.

Next hearing: August 12. Let’s see if anyone’s actually forced to talk.
