Hi everyone! I just wanted to share something real from my life.
I’ve been using a Continuous Glucose Monitor — or CGM — to help me keep track of how my body reacts to different foods and drinks. It’s a little device that checks my blood sugar all day long. I don’t have to guess — I can see what’s really happening inside.

And let me tell you… it’s been eye-opening.

When I eat certain foods — like bread, rice, or sweet snacks — my glucose level jumps up. That means my body is reacting fast to sugar. It helps me realize what foods I should cut down on or avoid.

But here’s the surprise — I tried drinking Diet Mountain Dew, just to test it. And guess what?
