BROOKLYN, NYC, New York: MANHOLE EXPLOSION captured on video Thursday afternoon in Bushwick

The explosion happened at 5:21 p.m. on Central Avenue between Myrtle Avenue and Stockholm Street.

There was a firefighter standing nearby because the FDNY was on scene investigating reports of elevated carbon monoxide levels.

Two manhole covers blew in the fire.

No injuries were reported.
