Zephaniah in <60 Seconds — When You’ve Been Cheated On

Imagine loving someone…
giving them everything…
and they flirt with everyone else.
They say they love you —
but their heart is split.
That’s what compromise feels like to God.

That’s what Zephaniah saw:
God’s people showing up to worship…
but also chasing idols.
Going to temple on Saturday…
then bowing to culture on Sunday.

God called it out.
He said, “You’re not cold. You’re not hot. You’re lukewarm —
and I’m about to spit you out.” (Revelation 3)

But even in His anger —
God wasn’t looking to punish.
He was trying to wake them up.

“Seek the Lord… seek humility… perhaps you will be sheltered on the day of the Lord’s anger.” — Zeph. 2:3

God doesn’t want half your heart.
He wants all of you —
Because He’s already given all of Himself.

So if you’ve drifted…
come back.
He’s still singing over you.
Still waiting.
Still mighty to save.
