✔️ 260 TONS of steel (made from 300T iron ore + 170T coal)
✔️ 700 GALLONS of oil & hydraulic fluid (replaced yearly)
✔️ All mined, shipped, and built using FOSSIL FUELS

But wait—it gets worse:
☢️ Thousands of turbines = millions of tons of mined materials
☢️ Non-recyclable blades dumped in landfills
☢️ Intermittent power means backup gas/coal plants run ANYWAY
