Mongolian Beef - Better Than Panda Express

Panda express has gone down hill throughout the years. And anything they make we can do better at home. If you are a Mongolian Beef lover you will LOVE this recipe.

☆Recipe☆

-Marinade-
•2 tsp Oil •2 tsp Cooking Wine •1 tsp Soy Sauce •1 LBS Beef
•1 TBSP Corn Starch •1 TBSP Water •¼ tsp Baking Soda

-Sauce-
•¼ Cup Brown Sugar •¼ Cup Soy Sauce •1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
•¾ Cup Hot Water

‐Stir Fry-
•1 tsp Ginger Root, minced •8 Dried Red Chili's
•3 Garlic Cloves, minced •4 Scallions, Whites, & Greens, chopped
•Corn Starch Slurry, 1½ TBSP Corn Start & 2 TBSP Water

-Coating the Beef & Fry-
•½ Cup Corn Starch •⅔ Cup of Oil for frying the beef
