I attempted the ULTIMATE Mexican burrito challenge at Esther's Authentic Mexican Cuisine on Drummond Island, Michigan - the massive "El Jefe" burrito that's equal to SIX normal burritos!

This massive burrito challenge featured six large flour tortillas packed with Mexican rice, refried beans, shredded beef, pork carnitas, fresh vegetables, and topped with four different sauces plus cheese, sour cream, and guacamole. The 30-minute time limit had me racing against the clock while trying to stay clean (spoiler: that didn't work out!). Plus nacho chips and a cinnamon-sugar sopapilla for dessert made this one of the most loaded burrito challenges I've ever attempted.
