Psalm 118 – From Rejection to Rejoicing: God Is My Salvation

This psalm is a declaration — of thanks, of courage, of life. It begins and ends with the same truth: God’s mercy never runs out. Between those bookends, we find distress and deliverance, rejection and restoration, fear overcome by faith. The rejected stone becomes the cornerstone. The shut gate becomes the path of praise.

Psalm 118 is both personal and prophetic. It is the cry of one who was surrounded and saved, and the anthem of those who live to declare the works of the Lord.

Let Psalm 118 remind you: this is the day the Lord has made — rejoice in it.
