Dr. Cholakian also engages in scientific debate with the position held by some members of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS). He criticizes the prevailing official interpretations of the Kamchatka earthquake, which are based primarily on the concepts of "accumulated stress" and "solar activity," for failing to adequately account for the role of mantle plumes and other deep geodynamic factors. According to him, continued adherence to outdated theoretical frameworks and the restriction of access to complete information create a systemic problem that obstructs the objective assessment of risks and the development of effective response strategies. He specifically notes that the ALLATRA movement, relying on its interdisciplinary model, had issued early warnings about the growing geodynamic threat in the region. It is precisely for spreading these warnings, he states, that the movement has faced pressure and persecution within Russia.

Dr. Cholakian concludes the address with a call to the global community to fundamentally rethink current approaches to assessing geodynamic risks. He states that our time confronts humanity with a fundamental choice: to continue relying on incomplete and distorted interpretations of seismic activity, which carry catastrophic consequences, or to accept the difficult but necessary truth about the real processes occurring within the planet. It is a choice between the illusion of safety and conscious responsibility, between passivity and the active search for survival strategies.
