Witness describes scene possibly connected to arrest of alleged cop killer

KCSO deputies are investigating a scene on Weedpatch Highway near Panama Lane in Lamont. The scene is possibly connected to the arrest of a man accused of killing a Northern California police officer during a traffic stop.
