Coconut truffles: 150g yogurt, 80g shredded coconut, honey/maple syrup or sweetener of choice, 8 almonds. Chocolate white or dark,almonds bits
Pork hock and pig feet (singed and cleaned): boiled with salt and bay leaves and water until meat falls of bone. Take out, rub with salt, paprika, garlic and air fry until nice roast color.
Egg salad: boiled eggs, salt, pickles, mustard, pickle juice, paprika, pepper, butter
