AR-0179: The only time I'm covering anything from legendary softcore director Just Jaeckin [BTW that is the perfect name for a filmmaker in this line of work], this woefully miscalculated misfire of an adaptation of the notorious D.H. Lawrence novel handles surprisingly better than you expect it to. Despite being sauteed in the wrong brand of sauce, the T&A are plentiful and nicely done, despite the stupidly written storyline [which can be attributed to the crappy original novel]. Definitely the red-headed b@$+ard step-child of dirty novel adaptations and an unremarkable film by all accounts.

My Grade: C [Average]
