It’s called the **High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program**, or HAARP, and it’s based in the wilds of Alaska. While the official story is that it’s about researching the ionosphere, a whole lot of folks—including a former teacher and science researcher named Nick Begich—think there’s way more going on here.
So, buckle in, because this story has it all: mad scientists, Cold War energy weapons, Star Wars tech (but not the movie kind), secret patents, and yes—Tesla.
