Québec Tenant Used My House As A Garbage Bin!!!😩

My tenant literally trashed my house! He also owes me $12,000 in rent! It takes so long to evict a tenant in Québec, up to 6 months. It's just as bad in Ontario it can take up to 8 months, the rental tribunal has a backlog of eviction applications in Canada. It's easier and quicker in New Brunswick. I've had messy tenants before but not at this level of trash.
