2025 Potato Harvest

This was our 2025 Potato Harvest, it was a good year and was pretty productive and good quality of fruit. We have been able to save seed from the past 4 years of harvest and use them to replant the upcoming year and by choosing varieties that we enjoyed eating and that we found grew well we have now become sustainable in providing us and family and friends potatoes for a few months. We wish we had better storage options for a longer shelf life but we deal with the conditions that we have and eat them while they are in great shape.
