Luthmann Unleashed: Staten Island Corruption Bombshell Targets DA McMahon and Judge Judy

Investigative journalist Richard Luthmann has officially declared war on Staten Island’s political and judicial elite. In a fiery new episode of The Unknown Podcast, Luthmann blamed District Attorney Michael McMahon and his wife, Judge Judith McMahon, for launching a decade-long vendetta that he says has now reached “Stasi-level lawfare.”

After receiving a felony complaint filed by DA McMahon over a routine newsletter email, Luthmann says he’s “done behaving.” The complaint falsely portrayed Luthmann as a “stranger” and triggered an NYPD effort to arrest him using internal alerts instead of a warrant. Secret court hearings, missing dockets, and crony judges only confirmed what Luthmann has long warned: Staten Island’s justice system is rigged.

Now living in Florida, Luthmann is striking back the only way he knows how — with receipts. He’s already exposed fake Facebook criminal charges, rigged judicial assignments, and conflicts of interest that forced Judy McMahon’s demotion. But this is just the beginning.

Luthmann is now promising to name names — judges, clerks, politicians, and cops — and expose what he calls Staten Island’s “real crime family.” He plans to detail affairs, judicial kickbacks, wine-and-cheese fix parties, and envelope payoffs. “I know where all the bodies are buried,” he says.

He has given his files to other journalists and investigators as a dead man’s switch. “If I disappear, you’ll know why,” Luthmann warned.

The episode has sent shockwaves through New York’s legal world. With mounting calls for a RICO investigation into Staten Island’s courts, the McMahons’ reign of fear may finally be cracking.
