"Earth Sky Heart" musical meditation at ecstatic dance in Sedona

I was invited to offer a closing musical meditation at the end of Sedona's weekly free ecstatic dance at Posse Grounds Park on 5/22/25.
So I led a musical, song and spoken journey to connect with Mother Earth, Father Sky and the Sacred space of your heart, accompanied by Drum, Monochord/Koto hybrid harp, Handpan and vocals.
The beginning part where I talk about what I consider "Mother Earth" was not recorded, I was saying that Mother Earth is the living being that is the planet and also ALL the living beings on her body, all the humans and animals, we are all part of Mother Earth.
The video starts where I am explaining that by "Father Sky" is of course referring to our Sun, but also all of creation other than the Earth.

This meditation was inspired by the "Unity Breath" meditation taught by Drunvalo Melchizedek in his "Living In The Heart" book, and his "Awakening The Illuminated Heart" workshop. I have been facilitating this workshop on Drunvalo's behalf since 2012.
