Can a neck condition be secondary to a shoulder injury?

A few weeks ago I addressed the question of whether a neck injury or condition would likely be granted service connection if claimed as secondary to a back, or lumbar spine, injury or condition. This week, I'm tackling a similar question I get, but with the neck condition being secondary to a shoulder injury. I share my perspective as an orthopedic surgeon in this video.
