In the desolate wastelands of a kingdom long fallen to fire and vengeance, lies the forgotten ruins of Putrr. The ash may have cleared, but the wastelands still stretch out for countless miles, strewn between shard like rocks with nooks and cranny's hiding unfathomable secrets. No one dares to enter the labyrinth like maze of rocks, cliffs, fallen temples and forgotten halls, for most never come back out again. However, occasionally, adventurers do try their luck, for buried within the depths of these wastelands, so myth tells, lies a vault where all hidden knowledge comes to one who recites ancient words in an even more ancient tongue. But, what one knows, cannot be unknown, do those who find what they seek ever make it back with their sanity to the land of the living again?
