Episode 49 of The Unknown Podcast takes aim at political censorship, lawfare frauds, family court corruption, and Deep State privilege. Hosts Richard Luthmann and Michael Volpe deliver explosive revelations—starting with international censorship and ending with judicial tyranny in America.

First, a Turkish journalist begged Luthmann to delete a political cartoon of President Erdoğan from a Substack article. The cartoon, which criticized Erdoğan’s control over social media, triggered heat from authorities. Luthmann complied to protect the journalist’s identity but vowed to reprint the image, calling Turkey a “dictatorship” that fears “free speech and satire.”

Next, the spotlight turns to YouTuber Jeremy Hales, who falsely claimed to have served Luthmann with legal papers. Volpe confronted Hales’s fanbase after demanding proof—none was provided. “There’s no affidavit of service,” Volpe said. Luthmann called Hales a “pathological liar,” and warned the clock was ticking for Hales to serve him legally before the 90-day deadline expired.

The feud with Megan Fox escalated further. Fox deleted 51 YouTube videos featuring Volpe, including a jointly-produced family court documentary. “She erased me from her history out of spite,” Volpe said. Luthmann blasted Fox’s behavior as “hideous,” likening her to Rosie O’Donnell and calling for their mutual exile to the “Hamlet of Hideous.”

In Chicago, the co-hosts exposed Beermann LLP and Matthew “the Munchkin” Elster for rigging courtrooms and ghostwriting judicial orders. “He’s not a munchkin—he’s a house troll,” Luthmann said. Volpe accused the firm of steering cases to friendly judges and aiding cover-ups in abuse cases.

Danesh Noshirvan came under fire for lying to a federal judge. Sued by Luthmann for defamation, Noshirvan missed a key hearing—then claimed he forgot. Volpe revealed he was in California at Universal Studios the same day. “He skipped court for a vacation, then lied about it,” Volpe said. The judge may sanction or default him.

Marta Bryceland’s story highlighted judicial abuse. She was jailed after posting criticism of her judge on Facebook. Her lawyer demanded the post be deleted to avoid contempt. Marta’s boyfriend complied—only to be told they’d be arrested if they re-entered the courtroom. Marta, a nurse practitioner with no criminal record, was thrown in general population at Rikers Island.

But the biggest legal breakthrough came from Colorado Rabbi Jacob Bellinsky. He won a federal appeals ruling reviving his civil rights case against corrupt family court actors. The court rejected “Rooker-Feldman” and “Younger” abstention doctrines, allowing discovery to move forward. “This cracks the federal courthouse door open,” Luthmann said.

Finally, D.C. Judge Veronica Sanchez issued a gag order against a protective mom, barring her from making emergency medical decisions for her kids. The father? Jay Scallan, a well-connected DHS official just promoted to FEMA Chief of Staff—despite being caught napping on Zoom. “He’s a robot dog daddy with deep state privilege,” Luthmann said.
