Hiougi clams, royal scallops, turban shells, Hijiki (local seaweed) mixed steamed rice, penshells.

🍚 OYSTER RICE SOUP
“Sumashi-jiru” broth made with ichiban dashi (first-brew dashi), kombu (kelp) and katsuobushi (bonito flakes). Carrots, rice, oysters. Topped with mizuna (Japanese mustard greens)
