Our high temperature for today will be in the early morning because a cold front is going to force some cold air and gusty winds into the area. Scattered rain showers will turn over to snow showers from the northwest with winds changing out of the north around 10 to 20 mph. Temperatures will fall below freezing by the time rain changes over to snow and a light dusting to an inch of snow may accumulate. A few slick spots will be possible later today. Skies will clear from partly cloudy to mostly sunny for the weekend with highs in the mid-20s on Saturday with less wind. Saturday night looks dry with a low in the mid-teens. Milder temps return for Sunday, but so does some wind. We'll have highs in the mid-30s by the 4th quarter during be the last Packers game of the season. There's going to be a chance of some snow later Monday into Monday night which could linger into Tuesday. We'll start the New Year off feeling like January's supposed to: Cold, but only for a few days.
