🦵 Today was my first leg day since tearing my ACL — and it was a big step forward.

After weeks of pain, rest, and prehab, I finally made it back to the gym to test out what I can safely do for my legs. In this video, I walk you through my first lower body workout post-injury, how I approached it mentally and physically, and what exercises helped me feel strong without risking further damage.
