The decision on the Chevron case is so important because it means that the EPA and other agencies MUST abide by the laws of congress!  These agencies cannot make their own regulations and carry them out!
These regulations must first be LAWS passed by congress !
This is a big win for the American people that bureaucrats cannot place burdensome regulations upon the people. 

The ruling takes away the agencies power to control us and puts the power back to the people!
