🧠 Why We Struggle: Mental Health & Childhood Emotions
🎙 DIOTALK EPISODE #218

Why is it so hard for us to ask for help when we’re hurting emotionally? Why do we stay silent through depression, anxiety, and inner battles?

It starts *way* earlier than we think.

When a little girl falls off her bike, we rush over and say, “It’s okay, baby—I’ve got you.”
But when a little boy cries? Too often, he hears, “Stop that crying. Be a man.”

We’ve been training our kids—*training ourselves*—to suppress emotions.
To bottle up pain.
To act like we’re “fine.”
And guess what? That pain doesn’t disappear… it just sinks deeper. Into the gut. Into the soul.

We grow up not knowing *how* to ask for help, because we were never taught we could.
This conversation is raw, honest, and necessary. We have to break this cycle.

💔 For the ones who were told to be strong instead of being held.
💬 For the ones still carrying childhood silence in adult bodies.

**Tune in now to DIOTALK Episode #218** – because healing begins with truth.
