A consistent theme in pop music over the last 5 decades has been calling for help. The Beatles got by with a little help from their friends. James Taylor reminded us that we could 'just call out his name' and he would come running. Ray Parker Jr. insisted we call the Ghostbusters to report strange happenings in the neighborhood.

It's natural to call on one another when we need help. People are supposed to help people. But ultimately, our help comes from the LORD. As believers, he is the one we should call on first. We are his. He doesn't forsake his people.
