DELPHI RICHARD ALLEN'S WIFE PROCLAIMS HIS INNOCENCE

Wife of Richard Allen, The convicted murderer who is accused of killing Delphi teenagers, Abigail Williams and Liberty German, who died on/or about February 13th 2017, has spoken to the public proclaiming her husband's innocence. This comes after Richard Allen's transfer to a prison south of Oklahoma City after he was previously housed at Pendleton correctional facility in Indiana.
