8/1/2025, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) More Loitering Uniformed, Civilian Gangstalking PERPS

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.

It has been much better since expanding away from YouTube and its habits of censoring everything, everyone, whenever they feel like doing it. YouTube just squeezes everyone whenever they make stuff up. YouTube will just function as my main archive storage because it contains over 2000 of my videos and has 1000+ subscribers.

The parts of this video you should be watching more closely are the parts where the black and white police vehicles were blocking off one of the main downtown city streets, the white loitering security company car and security guard, and the white loitering Tesla car on street parking at night time.

Why are these segments of this video important? It is important because it show some of the tactics the uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators will use on all of you in any city and in any country.

The city police closing off a main street is just police fake emergency street theatre acting. It is used to make a visible show for everyone to see that they are actually doing their jobs to serve and protect the ordinary citizens, and not be just a private security force for the societal elites. The police presence is also to send the message that they are spying and watching everyone.

As for private security companies, they are linked to police, fire, ambulance, military, governments and corporations. They also often work with private investigators and the others to act as gangstalking perp collaborators along with the Community Watch types. Private security companies also initiate gangstalking perp activities and not be just a regular participant.

The loitering white Tesla SUV was just one of the paid contractor gangstalking perps working for either governments, corporations, rich private individuals, or some other types of groups.

It does not matter what kinds of gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators they are, uniformed or civilian, as my international groups and I are collecting and sharing them all into the various global perp collections for our groups to do whatever we want with their video and photographic images, and their other information.
