Here's the PM session from the same day as the most recent AM session: Lower Body Day. I definitely enjoy splitting the workout sessions into two workouts per day. The key, though, is that I didn't add volume to the workouts. Everything is the same except I perform the workout over two sessions during the day.

This has allowed me to keep my effort level up throughout the workout. When all of the workouts were performed in one session, there was definitely some fatigue that accumulated by the end of the workout. Splitting the workout into two sessions helps to manage fatigue and give a high effort on each exercise and each set. However, this can be time consuming and won't fit into many people's schedules. This can work for me since I workout at home and don't have a commute to get to the gym.

One other thing, this video was filmed during a heat wave across the US. Make sure you stay hydrated. Hydration means more than just water. You have to have electrolytes too!!!
