Tisha B’Av, or the Ninth of Av is a day of mourning on the darkest day in the Jewish history, a full fast from sunset to the following nightfall, commemorating tragedies that occurred on that day centered mainly on the destruction of both the First and the Second Temples in Jerusalem.
