[Preview] BUD, Space Launch System v0.1.62.42, production + walkthrough

Todo (if continued):
* Meshes+motions (of lift, plus shuttle) shall improve.
* 1 thruster (at bottom middle of shuttle) replaced with 2 attached boosters.
* Simple orbital platform (destination) replaced with futuristic room.
