Guy dumps GF after she rejects his marriage proposal, then cheats on him!

This story is told by a 26 year old guy who describes what happened when he proposed to his GF of 4 and half years. Expecting she would say yes, he was shocked when she turned him down, stating they just weren't ready for marriage. This really upset the OP, and after thinking about the situation, he concluded that she probably was right. Then a week later while at his place, his GF tells him she will marry him. The OP explains to her that he has had a change of heart, and agreed with her initial reaction that they weren't ready for marriage. His GF is is very upset by this and leaves his apartment and he doesn't hear from her for over 24 hours. Later he is told that when she left his place, she met up with a guy she new from work and spent the rest of the weekend with him. The OP is obviously upset by this and takes immediate action by breaking up with her over the phone. After doing so, he starts to have doubts and reaches out asking people for input.
