Ingredients:
450 g (1 lb) shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
1 shallot
200g (7oz) pasta
2 tbsp butter
1 garlic clove
80 ml (1/3 cup) white wine (Replace wine with juice of 1/2 lemon)
470 ml (2 cups) heavy whipping cream
70 g (2.4 oz.) Parmesan cheese
Season with salt and black pepper
Sprinkle of paprika
Parsley for garnish if desired
1 tsp salt
