THE JOY OF BEING IN THE FAMILY OF GOD

WHAT A PRECIOUS REALITY FOR EVERY BELEIVER!!! GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA EVERYONE!!!
Something that Kenneth Petersen, this morning's devotional writer said in this morning's devotional, really got me, because it's something that I have been learning throughout the years to know what family really means, and that is this. “We don't choose the family we're born into.” And you know what? It's the truth! We don't. We have family members that let us down, they're toxic, narcissistic, abusive, and they've instilled in us a warped view of family. However, for those of us who have accepted Christ as savior, I think we develop a different view of what family is. That when we accept Christ into our hearts, ask Him to cleanse us of our sins, He not only does that, but we are adopted, and made part of the family of God.
That's why I am so encouraged by These questions from this morning's devotional and I had to share it with all of you. Please read these questions carefully, and I pray that God will encourage, touch, and heal your heart through them.

What does it mean to you to be part of God’s family?

How does it compel you to live differently?

Tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God showed me out of His Word on what it means to be in the family of God, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that what I share, will help and encouraged somebody who has a skewed and warped view of family. Come join me in this vlog tonight my friends and learn for yourself the joy that exists in being part of the family of God! 😊

So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to reach out to every person out there who is saved and loves the Lord, that has a toxic spouse, parent, or sibling in your life, and I pray that you listen. I want you to know, that while they may be people that share your DNA, you have a real family in Christ Jesus, people who are saved and love the Lord, who care about you, and they want you to know that you're loved. I first and foremost pray that you’re able to get away from that toxicity, find safety, and heal from the wounds that they've inflicted on you. I pray that you realize that God has given you a better family through the family of God, and that allow them to be the chosen family that God intended for you to have. But most of all, I pray that you see that the biggest blessing you could ever have, is being God's redeemed child, and that you're never afraid to live like it!
