Released in 1983 by DJ, comedian and TV presenter Kenny Everett, this reached number 9 in the UK charts. A 12” version was available.

Presumably a parody on an imagined fusion between the waning punk period and rap music that was just starting to emerge. Sid Snot appears to parody Sid Vicious though with more than a hint of Village People!

The single also featured another of his characters from his TV show, Cupid Stunt with her catchphrase “it’s all done in the best possible taste!
