MUGEN - Extremely Rare Char - Cloud by Tetsuo9999 - Download

Finally, I got this char. Thanks to KorosKoros for reuploading him. Now this char I know was released and was extremely rare, and Electrocaid had this one too. Tetsuo9999 released this char at Mugenguild and another forum, and hosted him on Sendspace. Few weeks later, or 30 days later, the file was taken down. Someone in the thread (not at Mugenguild apparently) asked Tetsuo9999 to reupload him, but Tetsuo9999 never replied and never reuploaded him. Thus, Tetsuo9999's Cloud went offline for many years, until KorosKoros reuploaded him. We have Cloud by Rice/Tetsuo9999/Rice9999 vs. Kung Fu Man by Elecbyte.
