This video will follow the normal sequence of events when I perform my ab/core work. I go for a short walk. Then I perform the core work. Then I go for a longer walk.

The purpose for that is to give the Yohimbine HCl, tyrosine and caffeine some time to work and get the blood flowing with the first short walk. Then the core work helps to mobilize fat from that specific area. After a short rest, the longer walk helps to burn the fat that has been mobilized. I do feel that it helps slightly, but I think you will get very similar results without doing all of this.

However, I enjoy my walks and I don't mind adding this level of complexity. It is probably overkill for many people, but it works for me.

There are also some exercise execution tips for you. Depending on how you perform an exercise, you can target different muscles. We will also discuss how there are few principles that guide what we should do, but there is a multitude of ways to apply those principles.
